Kimberly A. Gordon Biddle
Kimberly A. Gordon Biddle is a writer (picture books and novels), Emeritus Professor of Child and Adolescent Development, and lifetime lover of books. She lives in California with her husband and son, and a cat named Pumpkin.
Kimberly heads the Equity and Inclusion committee of SCBWI California North Central. She has a B.A. in Psychology and Music from the University of Redlands and a PhD in Child and Adolescent Development from Stanford University GSE; both alma maters presented Kimberly with career awards. She is also a member of Inked Voices, MGHub, Black Creators Head Quarters, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, an International Service Sorority for African American Women.
A performer and educator, Kimberly loves doing school visits, teaching workshops for all ages, and speaking at conferences.
